These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AssuranceHub AI safety testing platform and related services (the "Service") operated by AssuranceHub, Inc. ("AssuranceHub," "we," "us," or "our").

Important Notice

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using AssuranceHub's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who Can Use Our Service

  • • You must be at least 18 years old
  • • You must have the authority to enter into these Terms
  • • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • • You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

AssuranceHub provides an enterprise AI safety testing platform that helps organizations evaluate their AI systems for various risks and compliance requirements.

Service Limitations

While we strive for high accuracy, our AI safety testing results are not infallible and should be used as part of a comprehensive AI governance strategy. You remain responsible for:

  • • Final decisions about AI system deployment
  • • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • • Additional testing and validation as needed
  • • Monitoring AI systems in production

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for enhanced security

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our Service to:

  • • Test or develop harmful, illegal, or malicious AI systems
  • • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our security measures
  • • Submit content that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • • Use the Service to compete with AssuranceHub
  • • Submit excessive requests that could impact service performance

Content Guidelines

While we test AI content for safety issues, you are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit complies with applicable laws and does not:

  • • Contain personal information without proper consent
  • • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • • Include malicious code or harmful instructions
  • • Violate export control or sanctions laws

5. Payment Terms

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers for enterprise customers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.

Late Payments

If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received. Accounts with payments more than 60 days overdue may be terminated.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AssuranceHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You Retain Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit to our Service, including prompts, responses, and other AI-generated content.

Limited License to Us

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our safety testing services to you.

Important: We Don't Train on Your Data

We do not use your content to train our AI models or any third-party models. Your data is processed solely for safety testing purposes and is not shared with other customers.

7. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account cancellation feature in your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end immediately.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • • Breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • • Fail to pay fees when due
  • • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • • Pose a security risk to our Service or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

  • • Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
  • • We will delete your content within 30 days, unless required to retain it by law
  • • Outstanding fees remain due and payable
  • • Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply

8. Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Information

The following limitations of liability are fundamental to our ability to provide the Service at current pricing levels. Please read carefully.

Service Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Liability Limits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASSURANCEHUB BE LIABLE FOR:

  • • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
  • • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
  • • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AI TESTING RESULTS OR RECOMMENDATIONS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AssuranceHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, we encourage informal resolution:

  1. Contact our support team to discuss the issue
  2. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration
  3. Arbitration will be conducted under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules
  4. Each party bears their own costs unless otherwise awarded
